Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with residents regarding upcoming lease expirations and renewal options.
- Educate residents on available lease terms, pricing, and renewal opportunities.
- Follow up with residents to ensure they have received and understand renewal offers.
- Build positive resident relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with retention efforts by identifying solutions and addressing resident concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding property inspections and renewal-related activities.
- Verify compliance with renter's insurance requirements and other lease-related policies.
- Review lease information, resident records, and account details for accuracy.
- Audit completed renewal documentation to ensure proper processing.
- Support residents through the Notice to Vacate process while exploring retention opportunities when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and update information within company systems.
- Provide timely follow-up and professional communication throughout the resident lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, property management, leasing, resident services, call center, account management, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and electronic records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi is a plus.
- Basic accounting and math skills preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

This job will pay a range of $25.00 - $29.00 per hour.
